* Management doesn't always seems 100% transparent like they commit to be. Between each other, there's some secrecy involved.
* Company is spread thin for staffing, so extra work gets you extra "Browny Points" not a raise. Enough brownie point at the end of the year dictates your raise or potential promotion(highly unlikely)
* Work life balance didn't seem promising here. Expect night meetings and early morning meeting to sync with Indian developers on apps. This company strives for 24/7 work being done on Apps.
* Still losing sleep over how I left ITT. Currently lost 3 hours writing this hoping for some peace of mind.
* Gave them 2 years of continuous development, just to be sold short by another trusted manager. All it took was one word, and nobody is concerned about me. Because yes, they do expect a lot from you. But "what worth is putting that value in you now if your not going to be a big benefit to the company for the future." Is jammed down throat too.
* I'll never be productive enough for this company, and I hope if you work here. They don't jam down your throat that your not doing enough alike they did me.
* Their first question when asking me to leave, was about my spending habits. Not about my troubles/struggles, and where not supportive of my relationship with my girlfriend.
