Pros
The pay is great for bi-lingual night shift workers but it comes at a cost.
Cons
Demeaning, prison-like atmosphere and the feeling that you are cheating customers out of their money. Their attendance policy is based on a point system designed to rack up points quickly so that they can avoid making workers permanent and keep turn-over high. Employees are constantly under surveillance by cameras and managers. They enforce rules such as only 1 drink container allowed at your desk, no personal belongings, phones and purses must remain in lockers under penalty of termination, no turning around to talk to neighbors, and no standing for prolonged periods of time. They do not allow extra bathroom breaks outside of assigned break times and there is no time off allowed unless approved. The stress level and disrespect that employees face there is out of this world. Even some staffing companies refuse to hire for them because of the way Incomm treats employees. There's something very shady about how this company treats their employees and customers that made me so relieved when I got another offer for employment. I'm telling everyone I know, STAY AWAY!!
