Pros
I was there for a brief amount of time. I didn't have a very bad experience, at least not as bad as most of these reviews....but I definitely see where they're all coming from as I witnessed it myself. I was in a different department so I wasn't on the "messy end of the stick" so to speak.
Cons
The management was very disorganized. There was definitely a power struggle between existing (Hard Dollar) and recently acquired companies (et Alia). I still keep in contact with some people there and it's still going on....although most of the et Alia employees have since been run out or just couldn't take the unorganized mess of a management there and left. I was also there during the "Ponseti" days....what a narcissist! In my opinion, he was the root of the problems that I saw.
