Pros

I do miss some great people, but most are jumping ship anyway. Office is in a nice location, and is pleasant work

Cons

Absolutely horrific R&D leadership. It's beyond obvious to everyone who works there the CTO and CAO are both completely unqualified to run enterprise cloud software development. So while some from professional services and other groups may be posting positive reviews, you have to ask: How long will it last? You can only ride on the Hard Dollar coat tails for so long. A company that lacks the ability to execute and deliver new product to market, after several YEARS now of trying to get there, is not a ship you want to be on. Software Development opportunities are plentiful in the valley, so don't waste your time on this sinking ship!

Pros

- Marketing leadership is top-notch - Company that is constantly looking to innovate - You get to work with big contruction

Cons

- The only con I had with InEight is that I was remote 100% which really wasn't their fault at all. I was just out of the state so I had to work remote. Honestly, InEight is a great place, especially their marketing department.

Pros

Working remotely was truly a great experience.

Cons

The C-Suite has no idea how to run a software company. The company has conducted multiple layoffs in an apparent attempt to improve its financial standing. There's a lack of clear direction. They acquired a company several years ago and have allowed it to operate somewhat independently, with the acquired entity effectively supporting the entire organization. The company's culture seems to prioritize a close-knit, exclusive environment, with accusations of nepotism.
