Pros

All in all, benefits are great and management is reasonably flexible with time off needs and other accommodations.

Cons

Management spends little to no time involving lower ranking employees in strategy or planning sessions. What inclusion does take place is mostly, if not entirely performative. All decisions, big & small are decided in closed-door leadership meetings and disseminated to the team without any discussion or collaboration. Rarely are team members privy to even massive/substantial changes until they are already happening and the ink is dry.

Pros

- Marketing leadership is top-notch - Company that is constantly looking to innovate - You get to work with big contruction

Cons

- The only con I had with InEight is that I was remote 100% which really wasn't their fault at all. I was just out of the state so I had to work remote. Honestly, InEight is a great place, especially their marketing department.

Pros

Working remotely was truly a great experience.

Cons

The C-Suite has no idea how to run a software company. The company has conducted multiple layoffs in an apparent attempt to improve its financial standing. There's a lack of clear direction. They acquired a company several years ago and have allowed it to operate somewhat independently, with the acquired entity effectively supporting the entire organization. The company's culture seems to prioritize a close-knit, exclusive environment, with accusations of nepotism.
