Pros
This company offers a decent work-life balance, a good benefit package, free Friday lunches that bring all departments together, casual dress code, a modern office, fun events to keep the staff engaged with one another and decent upward communication. The staff consists of brilliant, friendly people. InEight has gone through a lot of transition, even in the few months I have been here. This does offer a professional challenge that can be very satisfying if you appreciate this type of challenge; you can be a part of building the solid foundation of a successful software company. There is a stable product base and the new software developments are exciting.
Cons
Not everyone flourishes in an ever-changing environment. If you are highly innovative and not afraid of change, this is for you. Otherwise, you will not enjoy your time here. The company is in the process of fully establishing itself and not everything is solidly in place. It is actively working towards this, which is hopeful.
