Pros

I loved working from home, loved what I was working on, and the benefits and pay were good.

Cons

There was very poor leadership. Higher ups were never on the same page as my manager so to them, it looked like we weren’t completing tasks aligned with the company goals. This company has a history of mass layoffs which I was eventually a victim to after over 5 years of dedicated work for them. Extremely cold layoff meeting with no remorse, especially from Steve in HR.

Pros

- Marketing leadership is top-notch - Company that is constantly looking to innovate - You get to work with big contruction

Cons

- The only con I had with InEight is that I was remote 100% which really wasn't their fault at all. I was just out of the state so I had to work remote. Honestly, InEight is a great place, especially their marketing department.

Pros

Working remotely was truly a great experience.

Cons

The C-Suite has no idea how to run a software company. The company has conducted multiple layoffs in an apparent attempt to improve its financial standing. There's a lack of clear direction. They acquired a company several years ago and have allowed it to operate somewhat independently, with the acquired entity effectively supporting the entire organization. The company's culture seems to prioritize a close-knit, exclusive environment, with accusations of nepotism.
