Pros

They are a high paying organization and if your willing to deal with the dysfunction then this is the job for you. In all honesty they do have some great people, also a great location in North Scottsdale on the greenbelt where you will walk away your frustrations.

Cons

They have a great deal of turnover in critical roles within product development. Very unstable working environment. About as far from being an Agile software company as you could get. 90% of development is done offshore in India. Lack of Leadership Frequent Changes Horrible Communication Never deliver on their promises Tell you what you need to hear to accept the job

Pros

- Marketing leadership is top-notch - Company that is constantly looking to innovate - You get to work with big contruction

Cons

- The only con I had with InEight is that I was remote 100% which really wasn't their fault at all. I was just out of the state so I had to work remote. Honestly, InEight is a great place, especially their marketing department.

Pros

Working remotely was truly a great experience.

Cons

The C-Suite has no idea how to run a software company. The company has conducted multiple layoffs in an apparent attempt to improve its financial standing. There's a lack of clear direction. They acquired a company several years ago and have allowed it to operate somewhat independently, with the acquired entity effectively supporting the entire organization. The company's culture seems to prioritize a close-knit, exclusive environment, with accusations of nepotism.
