Cons
This company has marketed itself so well. You type Incedo on Google and you will find 10 Youtube links of Nitin Sheth talking about growing in the digital age. But when you join this company, there is absolutely no work to offer. They are only focusing on increasing their payrolls and generating revenue. In my 18 months of tenure with the company, I may have worked for only 15 days sincerely. And they were still trying to retain me because they didn't want to lose my payroll from the client. The HR called a day before my last day and informed me that I will be charged for the notice period short fall. That's like stealing money from their own employees. So it's definitely not an employee driven company like Nitin Sheth markets this company. They don't even have a good payroll team. The CA miscalculated my F&F and ended up charging me 1.5 Lacs tax on my salary that month and also charged me for the relocation expenses that they gave me when i joined ( I wasn't informed about this either).
