Burnout in our working world today is real and we take this seriously. While we’re growing fast, we’re continuing to take steps to support this growth in more scalable and sustainable ways by adding new skills and resources to the team and improving our tools and processes. Our paid vacation, volunteering time off, our Blueboard experience awards and team offsites also aim to help our team members rest, reset and refocus their energy.
