Cons

This is a fast paced work environment where each individual wears multiple hats. Not the right fit for everyone. With that in mind there is unlimited PTO and the team encourages everyone to take a minimum. Good fit for those who want to tackle interesting problems and grow, and who are excited by the mission and impact.

There are some really great and kind people who work here, but you never get to meet any of them in person.

Cons

Very bad insurance plans, poor pay, you will work weekends occasionally, very little promotions and raises, and leadership never sticks with a plan or strategy.
