Cons
Compared previous employers, the environment was oddly hostile, and the turn over seems high. They said we’d get certain holidays off then required holiday work to be delegated by management. Leadership and some management projected negative intentions onto others, point fingers, repeatedly deepened my experience in witnessing disrespect towards others, and can take advantage of employee trust in them.
