I am with infinite for 10+ year. Infinite is a great place to work, Great working environment, great team, creative and they treated you with respect. Nice company to work, Management is very supportive. Great work-life balance. Good support in terms of training. Leadership accessibility and transparency: Leader keeping employees in the loop, sharing the good and the bad (while not oversharing), and welcoming honest feedback from team members. ... Leading with transparency requires a willingness to be honest and open with employees. Good Experience: May good experience with respect to work culture, sports, outing and opportunity and growth. The best experience is SME role for 1 month when client was not available which shows the believe and trust on employee. Employees participate in Olympiad (Cricket, Football, Badminton etc....) and other games every year which makes employee to relaxation and enjoy. Awards and recognition based on performance which makes employee to motivate.
