Specially Chennai office, If you want to enjoy life and if you are from the south india go ahead and join Bangalore is decent, I know personally many Employee in Bangalore are happy

1: Being from North, in Chennai we were treated like we are aliens, 2: no work culture. 3: We have to fight, sir please give us some work 4: Since pay scale is very less for freshers, so they keep on bench on freshers. 5: I know Employees they are on bench for 2 years. 6: They fire employees whose salary is high in this covid time 7: Managers in Chennai are the worst. 8: If you ask for Net pack reimbursement, then say that you are saving your transportation cost while working from home. 9: Did internship for 8 months, they never gave work, and many more can't say those things My Advice Don't Join if its a Chennai Office Bangalore is decent
