Cons
If one is placed at the client place there is no communication at all , I never knew who my manager was. On completion of project when the client told me that tomorrow is my last date and he was surprised that I was not communicated this from Infinite. I had a tough time reaching out to manager/people to confirm this. Once i came back from the client I was on bench, they asked for my resume and never cared to share with other clients. I use to get calls from naukri form Infinite recruiters when I was already with them but never i got a internal call for the same opening. After two months i was asked to leave the organization without any single interview with any other client
