      - If you have past experience working as Deskside Engineer, you be able to work solo and be mentally prepared. If not, just leave.

      Cons

      - You'll be on your own, no proper on job training given - Management is bad, be prepared to be on your own. Find your ways to interact with the senior engineers. Most of the senior engineers are busy too, Bear in mind. - Salary is much lower offered than other companies are offering - Prepared to do OT if you're unable to complete the case given. - HR is not responsive most of the time when applying for leave or asking for pay increment, have to keep on emailing them for reminders or updates - No career progressions - No work-life balance especially when you're new
