Pros
- if working at AH hospital there is enough amber of time for you to learn the workload wise is ok sometimes will be overwhelming .' - if you like OT here is quite good -working health is good exposure if can land in a working hospital environment as for the polyclinic i worked there for 6 months which is a pretty routine job as (not many things to expose to after you work 6 months over there.)
Cons
- Salary is way below the Singapore job market if you are a fresh grad with a Singapore recognised diploma dont come in here. - management are not responsive , have to keep on email , message or sometime have to call them in order able to check what you wanted. - management arrangement is messy no head no tail - As for on job training there is no SOP protocol in this company. - As for the benefits package only have a standard mobile allowance which is $30 and for the starting 6th year your AL is 12 days if you work the 6th year or more they will start to increase one on your AL which is PATHETIC!!. -No welfare and no 13th month or performance bonus. - Based on my contract they give a 1-year performace bonus (allowance) which is $1k is for them to thanks you for staying a year in the sense is because the turn over rate is high in overall. - this is 3rd party vendor so bear in mind before coming . - there is no in house company send you go study.
