      Pros

      None, nothing, nada bueno, not a thing. MSPs like these are dime a dozen.

      1. Pay is barely market rate 2. Health and other benefits are pricey and they don't disclose how much they contribute to the cost. I suspect its less than 10% 3. No transparency about client changes until they are ready to lay you off 4. Not willing to work with you to change clients even though they are a large MSP with multiple roles/clients available 5. Poor to no feedback during outgoing process and horrible excuses for layoff 6. You have to take a stand on your work/life balance otherwise they steamroll right over it 7. Yearly reviews and salary increases are minimal at BEST

      Please review the bi-weekly pay information. Upon the exiting/termination from Infinite Computer Solutions, the healthcare benefits end on the last day of employment. My experience was that there were two subsequent pay checks with the healthcare deductions present despite the fact that healthcare benefits ended.
