No pros at all seriously Management are clueless They can put you in any project irrespective of your skills Remote job is the only thing which you can count

When I joined I did not found any true review . I hope it helps someone who has multiple offer and need to decide. Hire and fire policy They offer Full time role but its equivalent to contract role . Worst company I worked till date Clueless management , they think of employees as slaves who can do anything except their skill on which they were hired. They will fire without providing any reason. One morning you wake up and if you do not have access , your journey is over
