I joined ICS a year ago, and have had nothing to complain about 1. Management is very co operative and good to work with 2. The work culture of this company is that of a family, they all care for each other 3. The readiness and quickness about taking decisions that impact business is not seen anywhere else, making this a very good and positive environment where the client is treated at priority
Cons
Post covid the infrastructure has taken a little but of hit , but this is being rectified as new locations are being looked at and moved into, in the Bangalore campus as employees are making a return to office the infrastructure is also being improved with cafeteria options etc
