USED to be a good company - Communicator InfoCision Employee Review

Management is terrible, lot's of campaigns are doomed from the start, Customers are hostile and sometimes so are the supervisors. Poor overall wages and no real benefits. Current hires don't even get paid holidays. I worked for this company 15 years ago before the founder passed away and it was a completely different experience. Craig Taylor couldn't care less about his employees. He gets managers and HR people who feel the same way.
