Pros

None, the only pro was to get out of this dump of a company, who treats its staff terribly and unethically.

Cons

Where do I start? -witnessed bullying & degrading of brand new staff as well as tenured staff by managers and seen many staff clearing out from this, due to not able to cope. -passive aggressive executive team who threaten to terminate anyone that questions their authority or "door code staff " if they don't perform Properly -if you are perceived as incompetent by the executive chairman or CEO, based on information given to them by one of their cronies based on no facts or evidence, you won't succeed and will be forced out of the business, even though you have worked hard and are probably more capable than 95% of people within the organisation. -the place is full of miserable immature drunks and sexual and Racial harassment is a common occurrence here. If you speak to HR you are offered money to shut up or shown the door. One example of this was a Kris Kringle gift given to a staff member by a "executive leadership team member" was a black doll with Vaseline and rope? Which was witnessed by nearly 30 people. -salary was under market rate and bonuses non-existent, competitors pay better by far. -Toxic atmosphere

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.

Pros

Remote first if not close to a hub. Company has steady, consistent growth

Cons

Though growth continues, benefits seem to be lacking/declining through the years
