Descent pay. Good location. Some of the group activities were fun but they made it seem compulsory.

Cons

There were several instances when I was signaled out for doing absolutely nothing wrong but the male coworkers were never reprimanded for doing the same thing. Ed seemed very anxious and insecure in general. Work culture in NY did not meet the standards of the one advertised from their AU locations. Management over time just became less inviting and more hostile with their behaviors towards me.

Pros

Teammates are really good. Everyone is helpful and goes above and beyond to help. Lot of autonomy since there is a general lack of structure

Cons

Management is not great at what they do. Executive doesn’t have prior experience of doing this. They have a strategy planning session every 4 months and the roadmap which comes out of these session is almost a joke. They want to achieve a billion things without enough resources and proper planning. CEO wants to move fast and break things but it’s been mostly breaking things as far as I’ve seen.
