Pros

Some nice people and love the food. Let's look at the below 2 reviews and clear the air. Military style is correct and great place is incorrect

Cons

There are lots of disgruntled staff and exstaff. Im like the mother goose if you wish to say. Great place likes to use that someones performance doesn't measure up. Been ill, taking leave and purposely overworking staff to the point they are suffering at work isn't them performing badly. It is you management performing badly. A person recently been dismissed for aka poor performance has a history of been unique. This person in a previous role is so good with making client relationships and friendships that when a client passed away this employee inherited $2 million dollars. Beat that great place as you and your so called good performers can never ever be that good with clients. Before you mention the word performance great place make sure you know how to use the word. You have staff in there who do illegal activities. Only a dumb enough manager like you will keep them employed. A staff member was offered a mentor thinking she had a support unit if needed which lead to her being pressured into bed got fired. Another staff member who you claim are a good performer passed on a sexually transmitted disease to someone else in the office. The person infected by this sexually transmitted disease ended up getting fired. Another person fired was pregnant who was ill every morning in the toilet for weeks due to an unwanted pregnancy from a male in the office. Anyone reading this, military style is the truthful review.

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.

Pros

Remote first if not close to a hub. Company has steady, consistent growth

Cons

Though growth continues, benefits seem to be lacking/declining through the years
