Pros

-Brisbane seems to be the happiest out of the eastern seaboard branches. I genuinely enjoy those i work with, and the work i do, most of the time. -Brisbane now has some more exec presence, which makes it feel a little more connected to HQ in sydney. -beer, stocked lunch fridge (i.e you can halve your grocery bill by eating breakfast and lunch on the work dime), coffee once a month, 10 min massage once a month, social events (free) relatively often (mini golf, escape rooms, teppanyaki dinner), - access to Employee Share Scheme, company is not yet on ASX, and is doing very well - the shares always go up. -I would say some departments are fantastic to work in and others arent, we all do such different tasks that some depts are overworked while others are totally fine. I thoroughly enjoy my entire team - senior management included. respect them too, which is important. -beating the competition, so company will only get busier and bigger.

Cons

-all the freebies are neat, but I'd rather a pay rise tbh. -its common for operations staff to work back 30mins. They seem to expect if an order is placed at 4:59pm it will be handled; most businesses would deal with it the next morning. same for the settlements team - they do their thing all day, then instead of handling the paperwork the next morning, they do it after 5pm. -pay more

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.

Pros

Remote first if not close to a hub. Company has steady, consistent growth

Cons

Though growth continues, benefits seem to be lacking/declining through the years
