Pros

Great team atmosphere, very diverse teams as well across all development teams. Super friendly from day 1, even execs learn names really fast and make you feel important. Fantastic benefits - coffee, platinum gym membership, boat trips, team bonding such as go-carts, alcohol and social events. Innovation team allows a lot of freedom in choice of technology, r&d and exploring new concepts, ideas or verticals. Feels kind of like a start-up vibe. Open to new ways of thinking. Passionate devs who want to release quality code Cross collaboration between the different departments. Often shared KPIs with marketing, sales, operations etc which is refreshing. Exec is shifting to a more consumer-centric design approach.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like you're navigating a problem alone and you're a bit lost however it's getting significantly better as the company gets more structure and processes Sometimes software release processes are sloppy - similarly getting better and better with more structure and process.

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.

Pros

Remote first if not close to a hub. Company has steady, consistent growth

Cons

Though growth continues, benefits seem to be lacking/declining through the years
