Pros

Gym membership and Friday drinks

Cons

It is obvious that there was an internal communication to tell people to write positive reviews to make negative ones on pages 2 and onwards further down the list. Considering they are all posted on the same day, all by the sales team. Please know that this place is not all it is made out to be. The pay is terrible, your wellbeing will be sacrificed to get your day to day job done. Infotrack think they are saving lives with the attitude of some employees. The gym membership and free coffee does not make up for how horrible this place is.

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.

Pros

Remote first if not close to a hub. Company has steady, consistent growth

Cons

Though growth continues, benefits seem to be lacking/declining through the years
