Pros

I love it here. It’s fast paced, dynamic, full of life and fun. Everyone’s very welcoming and you’re always greeted with a smile. Lunches, breakfasts and gym memberships are provided. There’s plenty of fun group activities organised whether it’s a trivia night or boat trip. There’s also an in house barista which is great if you’re a coffee lover! It’s a rewarding place to work, but you really have to be ok with constant change and an incredibly fast paced. Theres a lot of support from management and the exec team.

Cons

The only thing that is of concern is the parental leave policy. The company prides itself on being innovative, progressive and supportive, with one of the core values being we care about the people we work with. While this is shown in plenty of areas within the business, the parental policy (or lack of) is abysmal and contradictory to the whole companies mantra. I love it here, but as I’m getting closer to a time in my life where starting a family may become a reality, if the policy didn’t change I would strongly consider leaving for another company even with waiting periods where as a parent I’d feel supported and valued in my decision to start a family and that I’m not less valuable for wanting this.

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.

Pros

Remote first if not close to a hub. Company has steady, consistent growth

Cons

Though growth continues, benefits seem to be lacking/declining through the years
