Pros

1) free coffee 2) free gym membership 3) poor pay helps you learn to budget

Cons

1) pay is pretty bad, when you first join ensure you get the salary you want as you won't get much of a pay increase unless you are senior management 2) the gym membership and free coffee mask the poor pay and the bullying atmosphere 3) VERY unloyal to staff, will cut without a second thought 4) cult-like mentality....you have to live and breathe Infotrack. 5) took forever to get the revised parental leave through management which illustrated the outdated mindset that management had towards what mattered to staff....but hey, you get free coffee 6) senior management is a boys club.

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.

Pros

Remote first if not close to a hub. Company has steady, consistent growth

Cons

Though growth continues, benefits seem to be lacking/declining through the years
