Pros

Very collaborative and inclusive environment, everyone seems to really love the job they do. Great examples of career progression across the business, awesome staff benefits and amazing culture. Very welcoming and lots of training available if you want to learn, personal development seems like a focus here. I have been in my role for coming up 6 months and am so happy I accepted a position with InfoTrack!

Cons

Been working from home for a while now because of COVID so cannot wait to get back to seeing colleagues in the office. If you don't like to be accountable and responsible you would probably not like it.

Remote first if not close to a hub. Company has steady, consistent growth

Cons

Though growth continues, benefits seem to be lacking/declining through the years
