Pros

I was a bit worried about joining InfoTrack due to COVID and some low rated reviews. But it did not take long for me to realise I made a good decision. I received a phone call confirming the offer after an interview and got another call saying GM of my team wanted to see me in person (different from most teams at InfoTrack, my team has its own GM). To be honest, the meeting made me to join InfoTrack since pleasant feelings I received from a GM and a manager made my worries melted away and made me to start feeling that I wanted to work with them. I also received the similar impression from the CEO and the other employees and now I can say InfoTrack is the place I was looking for. The company  cares their employees and employees know how to accomplish their goals even in this pandemic period. InfoTrack is doing great in the market and I believe it will be much better in the future considering its people and products. It is a mature organisation with full of passion and enthusiasm.

Cons

If you are not a responsible person, then InfoTrack is definitely not an appropriate workplace for you because there is no manager or director monitoring you every minute. They just let employees work

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.

Pros

Remote first if not close to a hub. Company has steady, consistent growth

Cons

Though growth continues, benefits seem to be lacking/declining through the years
