Pros

Free coffee, gym membership, company gifts yearly.

Cons

Bad salary. If you are a junior your salary would made you cry. Worst work life balance ever. Management does not think about the office time or personal and mental health. If gou are working late night they would never give you a late start next day. Time in lieu is like the hardest thing to get. Manager would see you tired but still will pressure you to work. No career progression. If you are not shining like a star no progression and demoivating you by finding your lackings. 5 projects each quarter named Top 5 would kill you with daily tasks. Projects will come up as you don’t know what to do and how to do. Manager will check if you are 5mins late and leaving on time. They will find the smallest mistake anyone can make and will criticise you. They will not allocate budget or time but still after the best delivery they can ever have. No moral or mental support. Few people are praised and awarded as they are the stars.

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.
