Pros

Team was very welcoming and responsive to constructive feedback. The job duties are pretty consistent so you know what is expected of you and can really get in a rhythm after a while. Everyone was super nice and willing to help. Management makes an effort to listen to your concerns and implement changes that you recommend, even if you are at the bottom of the totem pole. Good solid job with great benefits. Also, although I worked remote, the office space in Petaluma, CA is incredible. I would stay for longer but pursuing educational opportunities at the moment.

Cons

The work can be repetitive. Of course, many jobs are like that, and it's all about your temperament. If you are the type of person that doesn't mind data entry and really mastering the technical knowledge of process serving and document filing, this is a great job. If you need to be constantly stimulated with a change in environment/duties, you may burn out quick.

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.
