Pros
- good benefits when you can work in the office - some teams are very collaborative - hr team is great, cannot fault - helpdesk team, though brand new, is very knowledgable and always happy to help and are worth their weight in gold - there are a lot of hard working people who genuinely care for you
Cons
- pay is shocking and very little room for growth in terms of salary - barely any career progression or professional growth even tho this is pushed to you when you apply/are interviewing - clear favouritism from management and the same people are the ones who get opportunities - its a boys club focused on hard sales and not much else - female to male ratio is very far off balance - cultish environment which makes you feel like you need to live and breathe infotrack and be happy about the sacrifices you need to make - lots of burnout and dissatisfaction - its great if you know what your role is and you know how to succeed in the role eg many people who have been there for years are the ones who know what theyre doing and dont rely on management to guide them
