Pros

- A lovely team with colleagues that became friends - Fairly flexible and understanding when it came to personal issues

Cons

- Lack of training regarding their products. - Onboarding day was a bit of a shamble as was left to my own demise and didn't know what was needed of me. - Unclear directions regarding the project from the get go. Too many cooks in one kitchen to the point where I didn't know which line to properly follow. - Tendency to micromanage. - High turn-over in my department before my time. - Hardly got any constructive feedbacks which rendered me confused. At the end of the day, tell me what you want me to do, I'll be happy to work on it. - Team constantly under pressure from lack of investment within our department. - Held back constantly by approvals taking ages, third parties not coming back to you on time and thus preventing you from delivering your project on time. - A Top 5s process every quarter which sounded nice on paper but quickly became unsustainable. I get that it works with sales, not sure about other departments. - Loads of politics. This also delayed my project.

Pros

This is a deeply inclusive and genuinely collaborative company—one where positivity doesn’t just exist, it flourishes. There’s a clear, intentional commitment to employee well-being, paired with an equally strong investment in long-term growth and future development. People here are supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive, not just in their roles today, but in the paths they’re building for tomorrow.

Cons

The company readily embraces change, moving with agility and an openness to new direction—though at times, that momentum can lead to pivots that arrive a bit faster than the organization can fully absorb. Even so, this adaptability reflects a culture unafraid of evolution, always reaching toward what’s next rather than standing still.

Pros

Remote first if not close to a hub. Company has steady, consistent growth

Cons

Though growth continues, benefits seem to be lacking/declining through the years
