1. Higher management is family (Looks like they take decisions on dinner table :D ) 2. No vision 3. Failed to grow 4. No certainity 5. No fast carrier path for deserving and motivated employees 6. Marketing team is incapable 7. Finance department is no good 8. HR department cannot do anything on its own (whether right or wrong) 9. No employee retention policy 10. Politics play a major role 11.
