Pros

There were many when I joined the company back in 2009 but none now.

Cons

After Chris Caps(Blue Star by default) acquired Infogain, the whole management of Infogain changed. The fun @ work feature is no more there. No appraisals in last 3 years. No one listens to grievances. Older employees sticking with Infogain is only due to constraints like location etc.

Pros

-Great initially -Decent remote workflows -Pay was fair

Cons

This is a classless and disgusting company to work for. I was brought on to a pretty amazing team, everyone seemed very well integrated and the team helped those who couldn't carry their load for a day, I was genuinely impressed. That all fell in on itself like a house of cards. A month into the job, I was told that Microsoft had cut the budget and that I was a part of the team that was being laid off. I genuinely couldn't believe it, and they clearly did not fight for us as employees. If it was left there and the environment was at least professional, I wouldn't have written this review, it's common practice for companies to lay people off over the holidays. But that's not where it ended. Our replacements, outsourced from India, were present on our calls and we were basically being used to train them. The communication at that point basically broke down between the whole team, and the manager favored clearly chose favorites. I was given false promises that I would be written recommendations as I had done nothing but my best to acclimate myself to their software and workflows and really tried to go above and beyond. I asked THREE times for a reference and each time I was greeted with "I'll get to it when I have the time." Management was also highly inept. We were told the wrong PTO policy which made us all take time off and were then told the opposite a week before our departure by the HR department. In her goodbye to us, our manager patted herself on the back for assembling this team "not only based on skillset but on personality traits," and she hoped we all enjoyed working together. I am looking forward to sending all of my equipment back and now I know where never to work again. Not sure if other departments of this company are experiencing things like this, but from my experience, this company is a hot mess.

Pros

Have good contracts with top companies in USA.

Cons

Been in IT/Software industry for more than 30+ year in USA, shocked to meet worst management in my life. The company was doing good but original founders have sold company to investors and now run by management from ex Indian consultant companies ( Wipro, Infosys, HCL etc..) Very unprofessional and disrespectful management (Toxic environment) Highly qualified engineers are treated as margins. Please stay away unless your are desperate for a job.
