Their only interest is to sell the company so logically all efforts undertaken by management are short-term and not employee friendly. To keep their private equity investor happy they go heavy on cost cutting (Letting go of resources on 'Bench'). No IP's or serious solutions to offer. The major clientele has left and are surviving on a few accounts. Market news is that candidates are not willing to join this mismanaged and directionless company. I'm just glad I left at the right time.
