- Lot of Politics, Nepotism - Bad HR Policies - No Fixed Appraisal Cycle - No Process is Followed - They take advantage of your situation - Managers are more interested in people who are bum lickers - It seems to be less of an IT environment and more of a kirana store - To much dependency on Managers who don't listen to feedback and are weak in interpersonal skills
