Pros
Nothing is good this consultancy, they have lots of internal policies to deduct your salary.I have 7months of bad experience with this shop(this is kind of grocery shop only )its more then 1.5 years , they are not ready to give me PF.Every time they are giving me stupid excuses.Once you put down your paper here they will treating like employee as a servent and you have to follow up with lots of time with thr staff for your FOF.
Cons
Once you joined this consultancy, they will force you to work in different technology in odd hours,kind of bpo in rotational hrs, if you are not ready then they will clearly tell you , they don't have project in your skills, They will directly tell you to leave.
