Pros
1. Good Salary structure. Only 5-10% is variable pay 2. Opportunities to learn multiple technologies 3. Not many On site opportunities
Cons
1. Hire and Fire policy. 2. Non sense salaries - 7 years 8 lacs and 3.5 years 10 lacs - both in the same project 3. Very difficult to convince higher management if you want to change your current project 4. Some managers are real bad. Thick skin, I would say from an employee perspective
