Horrible managers and HR Department is very unprofessional - Human Resources Assistant Infogain Employee Review

The whole HR department is a joke. Management is very controlling and horrible. They expect you to just know the answer without there being a set policy in place. Employees get thrown under the bus when a mistake happens by the upper management. The whole time I worked here I felt like my life was being sucked out of me.
