Pros
None I can think of. It’s state of affairs is even worse than the other outsourcing companies that we are used to working in India.
Cons
- mediocre salary, and expecting people to be overwhelmed for being a part of their company - lack of project stability, relocation and reassignments are so common that one cannot think of planning a future. - Projects come and go, client is the boss and they will do whatever they seek. - Lack of far sightedness in taking projects and building teams. Hire and fire is very common. Asked people to resign and join back once they have projects, in the meantime apply all your leaves and once they are exhausted , your employment will be considered terminated. - They hardly offer direct client project, and the ones I was a part of , their managers hampered day to day working of the client as well as employees with their non-needed interferences.
