Cons

Company is Good but HR Rules and Policies are Worst. They will not listen to your words. They go with the flow of what they want to do.

Pros

I had a great supervisor who knew how to tailor his training and instruction to different types of workers, and who always emphasized the importance of the work I was doing so I understood how I was impacting the company and the industry.

Cons

It was extremely cold in the office all the time, and a bit sterile. If you don't know someone in the office, it's a little isolating.
