Good company culture; flexible attitude; stable business model which promotes job security; generally people only leave for something much better - and often they try and come back realising they made a mistake
Cons
Ownership structure has changed significantly - and regularly - over previous 15 years, which has destabilised workforce. Company needs a period of stability nuder current owners - which seems to be the case
