High staff turnover, poor profit margins and hiring freezes. Resulting in an extremely toxic environment with no culture, where senior managers result to bullying and intimidation of junior staff. The company’s idea of training, is giving individuals laptops and telling them to get on with it – this results in no career progression and only a pay rise when you threaten to leave to a competitor. Expect to work outside of your working hours and weekends, bonus structure is based on the company’s overall growth (which of course comes with no surprise, is not growing). Most events are failing and probably set to be cut. Avoid this company, they will draw you in with promises that they cannot deliver
