Pros
I met some great people while working here. We all trauma bonded because it was rough working here. Also I enjoyed working with an international team when they weren’t being unbearable.
Cons
No clear onboarding you are thrown into everything and you better hope you don’t sink. It doesn’t help that you will be overworked because you are doing the job of 2 people. Everyone hates everyone so trying to work with different teams is difficult because of all the hostility and office politics. I didn’t like the person I was turning into because in order to get anything done you essentially have to be mean back. People are probably unwilling to help you because they themselves have no idea what’s going on. Overall terrible company culture and no clear onboarding. I would avoid this place if you can.
