Pros
-It was a positive environment and very supportive to learn the role. -There was a clear pathway for advancing within the BDR organization. -They had strong inbound leads that came from marketing. -Focused on not over-working. -There were a lot of fun and smart people working in the BDR organization and managers were supportive.
Cons
-There was some light micro-management. -The starting base salary was 35K annually which is terrible, but you moved pretty quickly onto 40K (in a few months). -The job could be monotonous in its nature. -Vacation was not very good (quantity), and benefits were also not the best in the industry for sure. -Commission was okay, but nothing crazy. -It is a good starter job, but it will leave you wanting something more. This was before quarantine was a thing, I do not know how they have adapted.
