Pros

Working from home is always a plus.

Cons

Little to no training except from Sr. Colleagues or by simply handling Incidents on a day to day basis. Even then there are thousands of different issues you'll encounter and have no knowledge of.

Thank you for sharing your perspective on working from home and the challenges it can bring. We understand that handling incidents can be a complex task, especially when faced with various unfamiliar issues. We appreciate your suggestion to hire enough people for incident handling and value the experience and expertise of long-standing employees. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial, and we hear your concerns about the stress associated with this role. If there is anything else you would like to discuss or any further suggestions you have, please email us at myfeedback@infor,com #TeamInfor

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
