Pros
Fully remote, decent 401(k) and benefits. Coworkers support one another.
Cons
Imagine an airplane with one wing on fire and the pilot is a flat earther who also denies the wing is on fire. That's this company, bad situation made worse by incompetent middle and senior management who always pass the buck. Management is detached from reality, imposing long unreasonable hours on rank-and-file associates, ignores supervisors who call attention to the burnout, then is shocked when a ton of people quit. Technology problems all day every day, with no resolution. Clearly their tech is ancient because their HR won't allow you to select "doctor" when choosing a female beneficiary or dependent, only a male. Onshore management grandfathered from the Vanguard buyout are basically powerless, and offshore senior management from Infosys are basically clueless, or just don't care, taking "minimum viable product" to a whole new level. Forced ranking for performance reviews. Raise structure is low and has a 6 month delay from the year-end period. Underpaid for the industry overall.
